So we set up a Quality Management department whose responsibility is to ensure the highest quality of every project we involve. The department documents, institutionalizes and evaluates every process so as to reach the top effectiveness. We apply Quality Control and Management principles to all aspects of the Project Execution, Delivery and Management cycle.
